Fedra Olive Grove was made with love by Spiros (Jeff) Konstantinou and Fedra Konstantinou using their Greek heritage as experience to produce an excellent product within Australia for Australians. The grove is located on the Federal Highway in Collector NSW, approximately 40 minutes from Canberra, Australia.

Over 6,000 olive trees are used to product the award winning extra virgin olive oil, as well as olives. A specifically imported Italian olive press was purchased in 2013 which can process up to 1,500kg per hour.

Fedra Olive Grove was awarded the Australian Olive Grove of the Year in 2009 and since then has continued to be awarded multiple Gold, Silver and Bronze medals for both its extra virgin olive oil and olives.

In 2013 Fedra Olive Grove produced its first blended product known as "Jeff's Blend" which combines the best of the Fedra Olive Oil product together with olives pressed from other Australian olive groves.

Fedra Olive Grove only uses Australian made products.
